Tasks

  • Organization and control of operational processes as well as support in the preparation and calculation of offers and orders
  • Order management incl. correspondence with our customers and suppliers
  • Order processing and data maintenance
  • Personnel planning and disposition

Requirements

  • Training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), FachwirtIHK (m/f/d).
  • Ideally knowledge of media, event technology and electrical engeneering products
  • Distinctive communication skills
  • Independent and responsible work
