Two offset cuboids form the building in a unique location above the Pegnitz floodplains. Large open exterior walls bring the unique landscape into the rooms like pictures. Daylight floods through the spacious floor plans for the family of five. The floor plans are flexible and can be adapted to a multi-generational concept, a granny flat, single-level living, or many other variations to suit changing living requirements.

A harmonious whole with architecture and interior design from a single source. The garage wing with its striking red portal protects the private atmosphere from the street. In terms of energy, the house is fully committed to renewable energy, including a geothermal heat pump.
