Faber-Castell 250th anniversary

A breathtaking multivision show.

project

A journey through the history of the company and family, set against the backdrop of world events, to the internationally renowned, successful Faber-Castell company of today, now in its eighth generation.

The highlight of the anniversary celebrations was a 128-meter-long screen stretched across the Frankenhalle in a giant U-shape. This was used to present a 45-minute multivision show that immersed guests in the history and origins of pencils, beginning in the founding year of 1761.

In the evening, Anton-Wolfgang Graf von Faber-Castell hosted a castle festival in Stein. There, nearly 5,000 guests, including employees and their families as well as guests of honor such as Bavarian Minister of State Joachim Herrmann, enjoyed a varied stage program with live music until late into the night.
