LWL Museum of Archaeology

RGBW LED spotlights for special exhibitions.

project

The LWL Museum of Archaeology in Herne is a state museum belonging to the Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe (LWL). Its exhibitions focus on 250,000 years of human history in Westphalia.

We supplied Erco RGBW LED spotlights for special exhibitions such as "Stonehenge – People and Landscapes" and "Archaeology of Modernity." Particular emphasis was placed on light color and intensity, as well as control via Bluetooth technology.

Stonehenge, Europe's most famous archaeological monument, has been reconstructed 1:1 thanks to precise laser scan data. The lighting design recreates an authentic day in the Stonehenge landscape.
