Challenge

Two displaced cuboids form the building in a unique location over the Pegnitzau. Extensively opened outer walls bring the unique landscape into the rooms as images. Daylight floods the spacious floor plans for the family of five. The floor plans can be flexibly changed as a multi-generation concept for a granny flat, living on one level or many other variants of changing living needs.

A harmonious whole with architecture and interior design from a single source. The garage bar with the striking red portal protects the private atmosphere from the street. In terms of energy, the house relies fully on renewable energy sources, including a geothermal heat pump.
