The Sportpark Ronhof Thomas Sommer is a football stadium in Fürth. The football club SpVgg Greuther Fürth plays its home games here. On September 11, 1910, the stadium with the name Sportplatz on Ronhofer Weg opposite the central cemetery was inaugurated on the territory of the then still independent community of Ronhof. A small wooden grandstand and standing walls offered space for around 8,000 people. The SpVgg Greuther Fürth is one of those German football clubs that have been playing on their current site for a long time. Overall, with 8,500 seats, there are a little more seating than standing places (8,126). The interior consists of four floors with various lounge areas, boxes and VIP areas, including culinary offerings.

sld mediatec has equipped the entire stadium with speakers. The most important point here was a good sound quality for music and the simultaneous suitability for general and emergency announcements. We have been overseeing this project to this day and carrying out regular tests on the system.
