Companies can now find a modern office building at Luitpoldstraße 12 in Nuremberg. The commercial building covers almost 2,000 m² and offers a flexible working environment that can be individually adapted to the respective tenants and their needs. There will be a restaurant on the ground floor, while floors 1-4 will feature a mix of large and small offices, which can be converted into even smaller units or combined into even larger ones as required. The listed building has been extensively modernized to meet today's working conditions. Here you will find mobile workspaces suitable for hybrid events, allowing you to work independently of external circumstances.

We installed the network infrastructure, conference technology, sound system, and room control system in the offices.
