Companies can now find a modern office building at Luitpoldstrasse 12 in Nuremberg. The commercial building covers almost 2,000m² and offers a flexible working environment, individually adaptable to the respective tenants and their needs. On the first floor there will be a gastronomic offer, on floors 1-4 there are mixed large and small offices, which can also be converted into even smaller units or connected to even larger ones if required. The listed building has been extensively modernized to meet today’s working conditions. Here you will find mobile workspaces, suitable for hybrid events and can work independently of external circumstances.

In the offices we installed the network infrastructure, conference technology, the sound system and the room control.
