ExCeL London

New digital signage areas for the ExCeL exhibition center.

The Exhibition Centre London, or ExCeL for short, is an exhibition center in east London that opened in November 2000. The ExCeL site covers over 400,000 m² and the exhibition hall itself consists of two halls, each measuring 32,500 m². These can in turn be divided into smaller units.

We installed new digital signage areas at the ExCeL site, including three double-sided indoor LED walls with ceiling mounting (size: approx. 6x1m), an outdoor LED wall archway at the exhibition entrance, various LED walls in pyramid and cube shapes, single-sided and double-sided LED screens, and much more.

The most challenging aspect of the indoor installation was the work at great heights. The installation of the outdoor LED archway also required a particularly high degree of precision. Since the LED wall was built around a corner, all modules had to be mounted precisely on the steel substructure and fit together perfectly without any gaps.

The digital signage displays we install can inform visitors to the trade fair about upcoming exhibitions, the weather, public transportation, and much more. They can also serve as signposts or be used as advertising space.
