Conversion of a former factory building into a unique Maybach Museum with flexible media technology.
Project
The plan was to build a classic car museum for Maybach automobiles and express two-wheelers. In addition, catering, event and other business and operating facilities were to be integrated, as well as workshops and specialist companies from the classic car sector in a second construction phase.
The entire site was to be flexible in use. The selected components should first and foremost enable simple operation of the technology, reduce costs for personnel and electricity, and make renting the premises attractive for companies and avoid high leasing costs.
The plans have been drawn up in a way, that both the event room and other areas such as the foyer, restaurant, outdoor facilities and museum hall can be quickly used as event or conference rooms.
