Project

Two displaced cuboids form the building in a unique location above the Pegnitz meadows. Extensively opened exterior walls bring the unique landscape as images into the rooms. Daylight floods the spacious floor plans for the family of 5. As a multigenerational concept, the floor plans are flexibly convertible for a granny apartment, living on one level or many other variants of changing living needs.

A harmonious whole with architecture and interior design from a single source. The garage with its striking red portal protects the private atmosphere from the street. Energetically the house relies fully on regenerative, among other things with geothermal heat pump.
