  • Operational order processing (inquiry and quotation processing, purchase orders, order confirmations)
  • Supplier monitoring and support
  • Negotiations with suppliers
  • Design and optimization of purchasing processes
  • Cooperation with project managers (execution of project-related orders)


  • Successfully completed commercial training with at least two years of professional experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a correspondingly engaging manner as well as good negotiating skills
  • Ideally knowledge of event and media technology products
  • Independent and responsible work
