tasks

• Preparation/monitoring of schedules and personnel deployment plans
• Work preparation for quality-assured construction site execution
• Calculation/preparation of supplementary offers
• Preparation of progress and final invoices
• Interface to the site manager and the administrative departments
• Coordination between authorities, experts, and clients
• Review of revision documents
• Monitoring costs and performance
• Acceptance and commissioning of services rendered
• Preparation of work and assembly plans

Requirements

• Successfully completed electrical engineering training, ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman. Alternatively, successful completion of an electrical engineering degree.
• Professional experience in project and construction site management
• Knowledge of VDE regulations, VOB part B, and LAR line system guidelines
• Basic commercial knowledge
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Independent and conscientious way of working
• Leadership skills, customer focus, and strong communication skills
• Personal persuasiveness and entrepreneurial action
• Class B driver's license
