Tasks
Preparation / monitoring of schedules and personnel deployment plans
Work preparation for quality-assured construction site execution
Calculation / preparation of supplementary offers
Preparation of progress and final invoices
Interface to the site manager and the administrative departments
Coordination between authorities, experts and clients
Review of revision documents
Cost and performance monitoring
Acceptance and commissioning of services rendered
Preparation of work and assembly plans
Requirements
Successfully completed electrical engineering training, ideally with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d). Alternatively, successful completion of an electrotechnical degree.
Professional experience in project and construction site management
Knowledge of VDE regulations, VOB part B and LAR line system guidelines
Basic commercial knowledge
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
Independent and conscientious way of working
Leadership skills, customer orientation and strong communication skills
Personal persuasiveness and entrepreneurial action
Class B driving license
