Tasks
Disposition of personnel and vehicles in the area for which you are responsible
Control and documentation of the tasks carried out with regard to costs and quality
Assumption of employer duties in the area of occupational health and safety
General administrative activities in the disposition
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Experience in scheduling desirable
Excellent communication skills and correspondingly obliging appearance as well as good negotiating skills
Ideally knowledge of media and event technology products
Independent and responsible work
