• Operational order processing (request and quotation processing, orders, order confirmations)
• Supplier monitoring and support
• Negotiations with suppliers
• Design and optimization of purchasing processes
• Collaboration with project managers (execution of project-related orders)

requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training with at least two years of professional experience
• Strong communication skills and a correspondingly engaging manner, as well as good negotiating skills
• Ideally, knowledge of event and media technology products
• Independent and responsible work
