• Successfully completed training or studies in the field of event technology, preferably also a master's degree in event technology
• Professional experience in project management
• Regular subject-specific continuing education
• Well-groomed and confident appearance
• Working independently and efficiently
• High flexibility and adaptability (willingness to travel)
• Ability to work in a team and Class B driver's license
