• Creation/monitoring of schedules and personnel deployment plans
• Work preparation for high-quality construction site management
• Calculation/preparation of supplementary offers
• Preparation of partial and final invoices
• Interface with the site manager and administrative departments
• Coordination between authorities, experts, and clients
• Review of audit documents
• Cost and performance monitoring
• Acceptance and commissioning of the services provided
• Preparation of work and assembly plans

requirements

• Successfully completed electrical engineering training, ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman. Alternatively, successful completion of a degree in electrical engineering.
• Professional experience in project and construction site management
• Knowledge of VDE regulations, VOB Part B, and LAR wiring system guidelines
• Basic commercial knowledge
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Independent and conscientious approach to work
• Leadership skills, customer focus, and strong communication skills
• Personal persuasiveness and entrepreneurial action
• Class B driver's license
