Project Manager Installation (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Preparation / monitoring of schedules and personnel deployment plans
• Work preparation for quality-assured construction site execution
• Calculation / preparation of supplementary offers
• Preparation of progress and final invoices
• Interface to the site manager and the administrative departments
• Coordination between authorities, experts and clients
• Review of revision documents
• Cost and performance monitoring
• Acceptance and commissioning of services rendered
• Preparation of work and assembly plans

Requirements

• Successfully completed electrical engineering training, ideally with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d). Alternatively, successful completion of an electrotechnical degree.
• Professional experience in project and construction site management
• Knowledge of VDE regulations, VOB part B and LAR line system guidelines
• Basic commercial knowledge
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Independent and conscientious way of working
• Leadership skills, customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Personal persuasiveness and entrepreneurial action
• Class B driving license
